How much do you charge?

Through November we're running a promotion: $65/hour, or $400 for all-day (8 hours). For any questions on price feel free to contact us.

Which areas do you serve?

We service Berks, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties in Pennsylvania.

How do I book a tee time?

You can book directly on this website! You can also call us to schedule a tee time as well.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask that all cancellations are done 24 hours before your start time, though we do understand that things can come up last minute. Any no-call/no-shows will not get a refund, and will be charged an additional $50.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We use Square for payment: so all major debit & credit cards, tap to pay included. No cash or check.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a refund policy up to 4 hours before the scheduled tee time if you cancel. We understand that life happens... The only refund to occur after is if our system has a technical issue that we cannot fix on-site in a timely manner. Refund to be discussed with Fairway Feinz management.

What happens if the simulator system has technical issues?

If the system ever stops working, our staff will be on-site, or nearby to immediately assist, troubleshoot, and get things running again. Customers should let us know right away, and in the case we are off-site, customers can call us for instructions to get back on track — we handle all of the technical side. If technical issues arise, do not try to fix/troubleshoot without speaking with Fairway Feinz staff.
